Believers living in the last days need to prepare for those things that have been written of in the Holy Scriptures. Plagues, sickness, and disease are all a part of end-time prophecy. Believers may not have the medical industry to rely upon for prescription drugs and treatment-whether due to another terrorist attack, natural calamity, or worse.

Thankfully, the Father does not want us to be dependent upon anyone besides Him and desires His children to be healthy. 3 John 1:2 says, "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." With the continual bombardment of viral, bacterial, parasitic, and fungal contamination in this world, He has provided an answer for this perplexing problem.

God's original medicine created on the third day is described in Genesis 1:12-13:

And the earth brought forth grass, [and] herb yielding seed after his kind, the tree yielding fruit, whose seed [was] in itself, after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good. And the evening and the morning were the third day.

All of the wonderful fragrances spoken of in Scripture were present in the Garden of Eden where Adam and Eve dwelled. It was God's intention that man live forever, until sin entered in.

The Father spoke life to these plants on the third day, and His words and power are still being carried forth in the life-blood of the plant. Ezekiel 47:12 describes how God gave us natural herbs and their extracts for medicines.

And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

The leaf 's extract is the essential oil of the plant and has the ability to transform diseased tissue into thriving, healthy cells. God created these oils to serve as a shield of protection for our bodies and homes from the onslaught of pathogens, and to offer support to the immunity system for turbulent times ahead.
