From the moment you step foot on the block you can smell it-the sweet, playful scent of colorful goods. Soaps, body lotions, candles, and bath salts are only a few of the fun products in the brand-new Beach'n Body Boutique, located at 2902 Beach Blvd. S, in the Art Village of Gulfport's Waterfront District.
Nearly everything in the shop is handmade by artisans from all over. Bars of soap are works of art with names such as "Put da lime in the coconut" and "Can I bee me," decorated with chunks and swirls on their tops. Body scrubs have sprinkles mixed in, and body parfaits come in flavors such as "Island Vacation" and "Apple Martini." There are ice cream soaps, popcorn soaps, and even dog bone soaps for your furry best friend. Watch out for dog droppings-they are soaps scented as cool cotton, too.
Vacations for your skin are not all this boutique has to offer. Beach'n Body has sarongs and wrap skirts, sterling silver and shell jewelry, sea sponges, massage stones, feather purses, bath bombs, and a wide selection of aromatic and therapeutic essential oils.
Need an essential oil but unsure of which is best for you? Feel free to ask Beach'n Body's owner, Rebecca Park Totilo. She is a best-selling author and national speaker who has extensively studied essential oils for years. Whether your ailment is asthma, acne, diabetes, or depression, Rebecca can help you find the right healing essential oil.
No matter your age (or number of legs), this boutique has sweet handcrafted items for everyone-even a candle named after the tropical town of Gulfport . Come by Beach'n Body Boutique-it smells good in here.
